Ý tưởng sơ phác: Nest hỗ trợ khách hàng nghiên cứu mô hình tổng thể của 1 nhà trung tâm & 4 bungalow. Trên cơ sở đó, hỗ trợ hồ sơ xin phép xây dựng & thi công cho giai đoạn 1 gồm nhà trung tâm & 1 bungalow, hoàn thiện kịp đón khách dịp 01/05/2016.

Time table: desk research in January 2015, construction completed in April 2016
Status: completed
Concept: We supported client to do a research for long-term development of a nine-service-room-villa. Phasing was absolutely necessary for an individual house hold. There were three phases starting to build the central house, then develop luxury bungalow and swimming pool, and fulfill with three other bungalows. Client already run their business in May 2016 that we were welcome as the first customers.
